Last fall we realized just how many bags we carry around with us to the office, weddings, meetings, consults, and back home… Just to put it all back in our car again. Our shoulders were so sore and our backs were KILLING us! We started to go through just how many things we were carrying around and tried getting rid of a few of them so that we could lighten the load but we quickly realized without one we couldn’t do the other. So we thought about it… what could we do to consolidate EVERYTHING into one bag? After all, we had our planner, client information/notes, our phones, workflows, logins & passwords, all of our leads, booked clients, to-do lists….etc… you get the idea.

Long story short, we designed a PLANNER that holds EVERYTHING we need! This took a lot of time, concentration, and major brainstorming! After completing our first round there were other people who would see our planner and want to know more about it – so we hit the computer one more time and added even more that we realized we were missing and could make use of.

So here it is, The Photographer’s Planner! It has everything from 2017 & 2018 booked clients, wedding workflows, portrait workflows, important contacts, logins & passwords, collection information for you to fill in, helpful hints when conducting a consult, and so much more! And we haven’t even gotten to the planner part – the planner is divided up into monthly & weekly spreads with monthly goals, reminders, social media to-do’s, and each day is divided into THREE parts to help live a more balanced life!
